WOSOM Recognised with the Public Vote Award in the CyEC 2025 Accelerator Track

February 2026:

WOSOM was officially recognised with the Public Vote Award in the CyEC 2025 Accelerator Track, marking an important milestone in the company’s ongoing development and maturity.

Beyond the recognition itself, participation in the programme delivered meaningful strategic value.

CyEC 2025’s Accelerator Track is a structured entrepreneurship programme organised by the Centre for Entrepreneurship at the University of Cyprus, designed to support early-stage ventures through targeted mentoring, workshops, business development guidance, and pitch preparation. WOSOM’s participation in the programme, following a competitive application process, provided a valuable environment for testing assumptions, strengthening execution discipline, and refining the company’s readiness for its next stage of growth.

The accelerator process helped confirm that several of WOSOM’s core decisions to date, across business direction, structure, and execution, are aligned with the standards and expectations required for a scalable and investment-ready company.

The experience also provided important external validation of the company’s financial assumptions, business planning, and overall strategic approach. Through the programme, WOSOM had the opportunity to further test its business model, strengthen its investor mindset, refine its pitching capabilities, and reinforce the structure needed for the next phase of growth.

This milestone was particularly valuable because it did not simply highlight progress. It also helped clarify readiness. The feedback, review process, and overall accelerator experience confirmed that WOSOM is building on solid foundations, with a concept that is both credible and commercially strong.

The CyEC 2025 experience also contributed to raising internal standards across multiple areas of the business. It acted as both a milestone in maturity and a practical catalyst for the next stage, helping WOSOM sharpen its positioning, strengthen execution discipline, and improve preparedness for future investor engagement.

WOSOM continues to view this recognition as part of a broader trajectory of disciplined growth, strategic validation, and long-term platform development.
